One Year Limited Warranty

Danco, LLC (through its Seventy® brand) warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal use for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase.

If a defect arises during the warranty period, Danco will repair or replace, at its sole option, the defective part. Danco will not be responsible for any incidental, indirect, contingent, special or consequential damages, including, without limitation, economic loss, lost profits or the cost of repairing or replacing other property which is damaged if a product is defective or does not work properly.

All products must be installed in accordance with the installation instructions included with the product, good plumbing practice, and in accordance with all applicable building, mechanical, plumbing, or other code requirements in effect at the time of installation. Failure to install products according to installation instructions and/or any applicable code provisions will void this Warranty and may result in property damage.

Danco assumes no responsibility and provides no warranty for any failure or damage caused by faulty installation, abuse, unreasonable stress conditions, excessive water hammer, over torque, damaged, defective or out of spec materials connected to or adjacent to Danco’s Product, exposure to freezing temperatures or excessive heat, or exposure to harmful or corrosive chemicals, fumes and/or other substances.

To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must provide prompt written notice of a potential claim during the warranty period, along with proof of purchase (sales receipt). THE WARRANTY SPECIFIED ABOVE IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY DANCO AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR OR INTENDED PURPOSE, AND DANCO SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH OTHER WARRANTIES.
